This website and store are operated by Floofmate ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We work to display our products' colors, materials and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every screen shows them exactly. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product or refuse any order at our reasonable discretion. If a pricing or stock error affects your order, we will contact you so you can confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the order confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout through the payment methods shown there. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, cannot be delivered to the address given or contain errors; any amount already paid is then refunded.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return and Refund Policy. To start a return, contact us at the email address below.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

The content of this site, including text, images, branding and layout, belongs to Floofmate or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, other than for normal personal use of the store.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
