Floofmate Shipping Policy

Where we ship: the contiguous United States and Washington DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, freight forwarders, or internationally.

Processing time: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: 5-8 business days with tracking, shipped from the US.

Shipping cost: $4.95 flat rate. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Wrong or damaged items: if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@floofmate.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full - no need to return the damaged item.
