Refund policy
Floofmate 30-Day Return Policy
If you or your pet are not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How it works:
- Email us at support@floofmate.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 1 business day with your return instructions.
- Once the return is on its way back with tracking, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The details:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, skip that - send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, your choice.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - then we cover it.
- Original shipping fees are refunded when the return is our fault.
- Depending on your bank, refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear.
Cancellations:
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible and we will catch it.
